I really don't have much positive to say about this place. You will pay way above market, and the experience is not likely to be pleasurable. The staff, in general, in rude. The noise is absolutely ridiculous. The bedrooms face into the parking garage, which echoes badly. You will be awoken at least once a week from a car peeling out at 2am. Not very pleasing for a working professional. My advice, for this same money, you could have a mortgage and still live downtown. Don't expect to be able to negotiate anything. They are unwilling to help. Be aware of the hidden concessions that makeup your rent. Your true rent may be hundreds of dollars higher than what you pay.
