Luckily - the new company retained some of the original people who were remarkably more helpful than any of the Trow managers (my previous posting was deleted because I mentioned one of the good folks by name, I think'!)...

If you're in the northern buildings (11, 12, etc...) it's a much more peaceful existence.

They are no more tow happy than when I moved there in 2002... It's an outside vendor that knows to look for passes or parking permits. Not the building.

There are TONS of UT brats that live there...and they're loud and inconsiderate. They tend to live in the main part of the complex near the garage (building 1, etc.).

Previous management didn't care about tenant retention. I think that's changed since I moved...and yes - they did keep ridiculous amounts of my deposit as well.

But - their handy location and decent amenities make it an OK place to live.

I dont think so because the old managment company cared how the property looked know it looks ghetto with all the trash every where espacially behind the buildings The elevators are very nasty . Nothing is ever done the only thing that looks very good is the pool.
