I was one of the first residents into this complex in a great location. It looked nicely built, but the quality of all the fixtures is poor. The staff turnover is high, none of the original staff are still here. This complex is owned/operated by Trammell Crow who typically run office buildings. Paper thin walls don't help. A number of bikes were stolen off the bike racks, (but management won't admit this happened.) Otherwise safety appears to be ok.

On the bright side, if you're a young college students with rich parents you can find your peers here without having to live in a frat/sorority house. The grounds are kept meticulous and the pool is great. There are many nice/cool people that live here, but there is the noisy drunk group of testoserone fueled rich kids. The staff do try on service and sometimes do a decent job.
