This is a terrible waste of rent money. Units look great but are poorly constructed with uneven door moldings, sloppy kitchen cabinet work and the cheapest possible appliances.

Management is totally useless. One person in particular is so useless that I hang up the phone if she answers- I would be better off speaking with a door knob or a limp piece of lettuce.

Worse yet is the never ending noise. Rude St. Ed's kids spending Daddy's money on booze and all night parties almost every night of the week. We're not talking about the 2:30 after-bar noise, but parties that rage into the wee hours of the morning - 5 and 6 am. The noise in the stairwells and hallways (due to shoddy construction) is amazing. These are the mostinconsiderate neighbors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

If you have a neighbor problem don't bother calling the management, they just tell you to dial 911 if there is a problem with noise.

This is a dreadful place to live- I can not wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here and sleep two nignts in a row!
