The experience at this location can depend completely on the location of your apartment within the development. The best units are those located away from the noise and traffic of the parking garage and those with a good view of the city. Building 3 is generally the best building provided you are on the second floor or above. The other buildings that are close to the garage tend to be extremely loud at all hours and tend to leave residents unsatisfied for the level of rent and expectations. The SoCo location of the development is one of the best in the entire city!!!

I completely agree. I and other people I have met living in the complex have hated it if they got stuck in a unit near the parking garage and near other residents who were loud. The people I know that had units located away from the garages have generally loved the place.

Completely agree with this review. A lot of the bedroom windows face the walkway, so at night you can hear conversations of people who are down the hall or car music echoing from the parking garage. I would not recommend a unit that faces the garage!
