I am 23 still in college, and love the place, but if you are older and a professional dont do it. Everybody here late nights and is loud. I dont know how the guys do it above me but they sound like they own a bowling alley upstairs. Its not cheap but compared to west campus and such it is great. Awesome spot for 5th years, great location. I have always felt very safe. The tow trucks suck make sure to get visitor passes. The mantence crew guys are quick and helpful, best people in the business, the office crew are just okay. 1007 is fun and easy but, if you are looking for something quiet, don??t even think about it. But the three bedrooms is a steal!!!
