Wish I had read this website before I moved here. Lost count of the number of sleepless nights from the noise. Floorboards are very creaky so don't bother with anywhere but the top floors. Many complaints to management who have done nothing to help.
Advertised as a 'gated community' but gates have never been shut once in the last 4 months. Also business centre has been 'out of service' for at least 4 months.
Yes - the apartment has a great view, the maintenance people are very good but all spoiled by the people who live here. Don't bother unless you want to party every night.

I have to laugh at how accurate this review is. The business center was functional a year ago. However, now there is only 1 slow computer that works and it is only open during the office hours. (The bus. center has a code on the door, so it should be available 24/7)
