Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Positives:
An abundance of hot, spoiled brat, orange college chicks, laying by the pool
Excellent location - South Congress.....come on'! 10 minute walk to 4th street - 5 dollar cab ride for lazy people.
Cheap rent - given the location
Good maintenance people - all problems fixed fast -
Negatives:
An abundance of drunk, spoiled brat, meat-head, arrogant, dumbass, Texas college retards, screaming-running-pissing- during all hours of the night
Apartment management is worthless - they try to be nice - but they should either kill themselves or start working at Taco Bell immediately
