Rude mgmt at 1007 S. Congress

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
First of all, this complex is called 1007 S. Congress. (formerly the Alexan)
Positives (I agree): Excellent location!
Affordable rent - given the location.
Good, prompt, and friendly maintenance people.
Negatives:
Apartment mgmt is TERRIBLE!
The new staff is so bad, especially the girls in the office. They are so rude!
One of the girls is unnecessarily strict with the tenants (ie gets mad if you walk into the mail room to get your package), but she lets her kid run around the complex...so unprofessional!!! There's more examples that are worse, but I won't type them all out.
The drunks have calmed down or moved out because that's not as apparent anymore to me.
Be sure to understand your contract before you sign. They nickel and dime you.
