DO not live here. WORST PLACE in the history of all renting. Leting me list why
First, Its very very loud all the time. Units are horribly designed. most bedrooms actually face the parking garage. Yes, so every car that passes, starts up, turns off, or has an alarm go off you WILL HEAR. In the past year we had 3 incidents where drunken 18 yr old idoits pull the fire alarms in the the middle of the night. Let me explain what happens when one does that. YOUR inside alarms all go off as well as a ear scretching siren outside. this normally lasts for about an hour until the fire dept can come and turn them off.. One jerk would shoot fireworks off his balcony at all hours of the morning. Our neighbor had a rock thrown through his bedroom window by another individual. On about 5 occasions a drunk guy walked around the complex yelling at his girlfriend, an on one occasion threw lawn furniture through another fellas bottom floor window, mistaking that appt for his girlfriends..TOTAL CHAOS..

If not enough let me break down the bills

Water is divided by building. for a 2 bedroom our water bill was close to 75 a month
Unitlies for electricity nearly 150 in winter and 200 in summer. HORRIBLE
The cable is in all the rooms which drastically messes up the clarity of the channels
Rent jumped 200 if we resigned.

AS FOR MOVING IN: YOU CAN NOT USE A UHAUL.. the truck will not make it up past the fron entrance.. Get ready to lug ALL your furniture to your doorstep. THE Pool is not heated and never will be, THERE IS NO onsite guy to call in the middle of the night if you have problems. You will get only an answering machine and no one calls you back until the next day. The gates do not work.

DO NO MOVE HERE.. much better deals in austin for similar and better price.
