You can not beat the location. It has been recently painted and upgraded. The model shows much better than the actual unit. The office staff very reluctant to show you your actual apt. When we were in the process of our leased I ask about the utilities. Cable is included, however the service is very poor and we have reported to both the office and cable company. The apartment a/c does not cool, and ask to have the Freon checked.
Maintenance said it was working just fine, however the unit rarely shuts off. The apt has no water meter so you can not control you water bill. When asked upon signing the lease what the maximum it would be we were quoted $60. Last months were over $90 for water for 2 people and we were gone for one week of the month''''
Also the front gate with a remote was a plus when we signed on .it is rarely closed and I had been told it closes at night when the office does but its been closed only twice in 6 months. And when there are games many people know they can park in the garage and ride the bus to the stadium .so parking is difficult on game days.
Over all, we will not renew our lease ..
