This place has done a 180 degree turn - for the better! - since Camden took over.

When I first moved in (summer 2006), I was sold on the location, the price, and the layout of my huge 1-bedroom (almost 1,000 square feet, open floor plan with tons of storage). Still love all those things, by the way. But after a few months back then, I was really disappointed because the management at the time (not Camden) was so awful. They didn't respond to maintenance requests, sometimes they just wouldn't show up during office hours, etc. And back then, my fellow tenants were so inconsiderate with the late night noise - music, fights, honking cars, car alarms, you name it - at all hours.

But now, it's noticeably different. The Camden people came in and got everything whipped into shape. The place got a much-needed makeover. They fixed up the pool and bought new patio furniture. They got new gym equipment that actually works! The maintenance staff is terrific and quick to respond to requests. And the property management has done a great job of dealing with the bad apple tentants... The party-loud-all-night-every-night days are over because it's simply not tolerated anymore. Plus, they've added some really terrific services - happy hours at the pool, trash service at your doorstep.

I would never have renewed my lease if the management had stayed the same, but I've had a wonderful experience with this staff. I love it here.
