I have moved here in last few weeks, so anything could change, but so far the management has been friendly and knowledgeable, the place is not that noisy, and everything in the apartment works fine. Street doors are open during the day, and get closed every night at a certain time.

I don't know how it will get when the classes start, but it is in south congress, so I expect the people living here to be people who likes to go out and have parties, otherwise they wouldn't be living downtown.

I think it is a perfect place for singles or young couples, and maybe not so good for families that look for tranquility, but I wouldn't expect any place downtown to be quiet...

I like it so far!
