I agree with the other reviews that the new managment is doing a much better job to improve the property. The old management sucked! We are getting new individual heating/AC units which will be way better than the old central unit. Location is convenient and gated parking lot is much more secure now. Pool is nice in the summer. Old management used to leave the parking gate open which was really bad. Now they are really strict about keeping it closed. I am happy here since the new management took over. Easy to catch the UT shuttle outside the gate.
