Cameron Greens is the worst apartment I've lived in in Austin.
Construction is so cheap - you can hear your neighbors doing EVERYTHING.
Residents are noisy - music pounding through the walls all day long.
Crime is bad...
what happened to this neighborhood' Used to be pretty nice, but now it's overrun by gangsters and troublemakers.
The management here is awful.
They make promises and then deny that they ever said those things.
Don't believe anything they say unless it is written in the contract.
They will deny everything and treat you like you're a idiot.
The price is way too high for what you get here.
The utilities are pooled, so you pay based on how much OTHER residents are using.
It ends up giving you a ridiculously high utility bill.
Don't be fooled into renting here - it's not worth your time.
