I must disagree with the previous reviewer.

I think that the front office staff has improved tremendously.

The cute guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The grounds are very well kept and clean.

Bonus - there is even covered parking for this Texas heat!! Pool could use some maintainance but overall a great apartment complex! I am renewing my lease and am very satisfied.

Very close to I-35 but lookout for 290 construction.
