My only recommendation is NOT to live here unless you are in college. I had a guy that lived below me and he had a hell of a time with all the constant activity going on. There is always something going on, people up and about at all hours and noise. Lots of fun for me, not so much fun for him. So if you are a college student wanting to have a fun apartment for a somewhat reasonable rent I'd say this is a good start. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
