Wow! This complex is horrible and I would not recommend it to a soul. The management is horrible and don't know what they are doing or how to treat customers. They have absolutely no customer relations skills and are extremely rude and unhelpful. The office staff loses paperwork and has been known to lose money. They make it impossible for someone to come in and sublease the apartment. Vandalism is a major problem, especially to vehicles. Loud noise a huge problem and they do very little to control it. Apartment in poor condition with mildewed carpet, poor insulation, leaky appliances and faucets, AC did not work and they never repaired it. Old nasty carpet. Overall the apartment was not in the condition the contract promised and they did not hold up to their leasor end of the agreement,so technically they qualify as a lemon and should be disciplined. Unfair/unreasonable allocation of utilities. DO NOT live here-save yourself the hassle of dealing with incompetent ignoramous's and find somewhere safer.
