don't live here!! From: laurens08 Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   our apartment is full of gnats, roaches, and worms that crawl underneath the doors at night. we would wake up some mornings to about 50 worms in our living room because they had crawled through the back door and we have even had the bug guy out FIVE different times. i had my laptop stolen out of my room because i went to check the mail and left my window unlocked for the 15 minutes i was gone. the staff is very rude to you and has messed up mine as well as my 3 roommates bills numerous times and tried to accuse us of owing more money. they do a community wide water bill, so even if you conserve, you get stuck paying for what everyone else wastes. they also told us when we resigned our lease that if we didn't sign that exact day, that the rent would be $40 more expensive after that. so, of course we signed, and later found out that people signing leases weeks after we did were getting a price even cheaper than us!! campus estates sucks. the pool is the only nice thing about the place.
