this place was the first place i lived in since i moved out of the dorms, it looked affordable and nice at first glance.. but living here now i know better..

bad things-
*SAFETY. i don't feel safe at all here, people have broken into my friends apt and cars. I've personally dealt with a peeping tom!! it is so awful! my boyfriend and his friend also got jumped right behind my apt building!! I always hear gun shots every other weekend and we have to call the police who does nothing about it. Parties where fights USUALLY break out every weekend. GATES always break.
*maintenance. i have to put like 4 requests to fix something before they actually do it. THEN to make matters worse when they do fix it they think glue will fix anything.Then the property is ALWAYS a mess, there is beer bottles everywhere and nasty garbage..
*staff. staff at front desk sucks. they pretend to care but don't really give a ----. the only cool guy is the one who does accounting like for rent or bills in his own office.
*RATES. they WAY over charge you for bills. they say that it is one big bill that gets distributed among every resident but damn they are charging you some crazy middle man fees!!!!!
*pest- there are ants everywhere and roaches in some places.
*furniture sucks.

all in all I know i was looking for affordable student housing but this is ridiculous!!! i HATE living here and im out as soon as my lease ends
