positives- roomy cheap apartment (not even cheap anymore, they raised the rent over 150 dollars!!!!!!!!)

negative-

------ shitty internet (I cant stress that enough, but you can use a mac spoofer to get around the 500 mb limit)

They will bend you over and charge you 25 dollars if you lock yourself out, despite the fact it takes them like 2 minutes to let you in. They are no better than organized crime. and def dont loose your key. The keys cost a dollar at most but they will charge you a ton.

Security is horrible, I swear there is a drug dealer one building over.

Its loud, they dont do anyhting about noise complaints, the city will handle it, maybe... if your lucky

its ugly, they dont keep it up at all, its a poo box

bottom line, be wary, they change there name every couple years cause they get such a bad rep.
