This is not a place you want to live in. Their staff is horrible they have no idea what customer service ethics are. They are rude, they practically laugh at your face when you go to report something, and they don't show any sincere desire into helping you. Their maintenance requests take long, months if you will. Then when you go to report it for the tenth time they tell you it has been more than thirty days since the problem arose and they can't do anything about it, when you have submitted work orders every week about the problem. Overall this place is not a good place to live in, and the staff are the ones who give the negative vibe to the whole thing. They are super friendly to you when you go looking for apartments but once you sign they treat you like crap. One tenant was "matched" with roommates, that's in quotations because they don't really look into who they are putting you with and if you are compatible, anyways the kids he was put in with were trouble makers, not to say law brakers, it was to the point where there was a need to break contract, and they won't allow that. They say they will work with you but they don't. Work orders are put in and they don't do anything about it until they become emergencies. Overall don't rent here, there are better apartment down the street.
