Campus Estates - Treated me well From: sballard87 Date posted: 11/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 photo   I moved into CE august of 2006, into a 4 bedroom furnished... got matched up with some good guys. If you have problems with roomies, they try to fix it. If you get a quiet section of the complex, and no noisy upstairs neighbors... your alright. I will say that when I lived in the back, I had noisy upstairs neighbors and decided to leave that apartment.. they were friendly helping me find a new apt.... they make transferring easy. Moved into a 3bed unfurnished, and made more friends (roomies)... happy, very happy. I will say they do try to charge every fee they can, but if you leave your apartment reasonably clean there is nothing to worry about. Maintanence is really nice, they may be slow but keep in mind they have about 1600 residents to help. CE is not expensive. I signed when they had good specials, wait to renew your lease and they'll send you offers... you could probably end up paying less than 300 if you wait. If I ever return to austin.. CE is my home.
