Basically, don't be fooled by the leasing office. It is a good place if you want to find a party any night of the week, but if you want to study or be even slightly academic you definitely need to find another place. At all hours of the night there is usually noise. When I first moved in there was a massive fight outside of my bedroom window in the parking lot. The guy below me has a recording studio and insists on playing music that has the bass turned up all the way at various times during the day/night. I went to the leasing office to file a noise complaint, but nothing ever came of it. The four bedroom apartments floor plans kind of really suck, because anything being said in any of the rooms can be heard throughout the whole apartment. One good thing is that the furniture is pretty nice.
