This is a Great place to live. It is Peacefull, quiet, and if you want to, you can meet some really great friends. Yes sometimes there are parties, but only on the weekends and they never are violent. Some people on here exagerate a lot. I NEVER heard gun fire in the 2 years I lived here. Maintanence has always been prompt and fixed the problem with no trouble. I would reccommend this place to anyone who is interested in having a low monthly housing cost and a safe calm home with lots of free amenities.

Whoever wrote this must be out of his or her FUKING mind! U must me the cracked out bastard that broke in my car? or the dumb a$$ maintenance that broke my damn window out! Or perhaps you R 1 of the deaf ------- that almost got their a$$es whipped 4 stompin around upstairs at 5am M-F!!! Are u stupid? I thought about writing a long response to this but... I'm gonna leave it at this. FUK Campus Estates! and that's all I gotta say about it!
