Management drove me crazy.. I would never recommend anyone to live there, I would rather live on the streets than live there. I go to UT and this past semester I wanted a place off campus. I read about the bad reviews about this place, but always kept a positive thought. Three months later I moved out, I couldn't finish my leasing agreement because I could not stand living there. I currently pay two apartments because I just could not stand, I HATED, campus (university) estates so much. I ruined my life for those three months. Management, I think, doesnt have a clue; maintenance never comes, and nobody there listens to you.
IMPORTANT: THEY HAVE THESE ELECTRONIC KEYS, LIKE THE ONES IN HOTELS.... YOU WILL AT LEAST HAVE TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE 2-5 TIMES A WEEK TO GET IT REPROGRAMMED (GUARANTEED). ONLY ONE CARD PER ROOM .. IF YOU TRY TO SUBLEASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY $380 INSTEAD OF LETTING OTHER PERSON PAY FOR YOU LEASE
