I have unfortunately made the mistake of living here for the past three years. If you actually want sleep do not live here. It was ok when I was in school because my schedule did not require me to wake up every day at six in the morning. Now that I have a job the noise has become a serious issue. My neighbors play their music so loud my walls vibrate. I can even feel the vibrations on my bed when I am trying to sleep. I tried sleeping out in the living room on several occasions but I can still here it from there. I tried talking to my neighbors which was basically pointless since half the time they don't even answer the door. Management told me several times they would send them a noise violation but that didn't do any good. Another time I complained they told me to call the police..so basically they don't want to deal with it at all. I know this place is primarily students or it used to be when I first moved in but come on I would like a decent night sleep some day!
Also the key card to get in the door drives my crazy. It gets deactivated so much that I finally just asked them to make me a patio key so I can jump over my patio and get in that way.
So anyway if you are like me and have to live on riverside for cheap rent don't live here.
