Pros: very nice amenities (pool is great, work out room, tanning beds, basketball and vball, tennis courts), the set up for the apt was nice (living area in the middle and four bedrooms on each corner), convenient bus route access, newer complex so the place looks pristine and clean, maintenance was never a problem for me,

Cons: SO LOUD (too many students, it's a big apt. complex so parties happen all the time), the staff is completely inept (mostly b/c it is run by blonde, Abercrombie girls who only care about looking cute), they will rip you off if they can (I was charged for damages my roomate's dog did even AFTER I told them she brought a dog in unathorized & I wanted it removed... I threatened to take it to court and they dropped the charge)
