The complex is under new management and they are HORRIBLE. First of all the apartment is falling apart. We have a leak coming from the ceiling that they refuse to do anything about. I've had some serious roommate issues with a guy who was just staying in my roommates bedroom - he threatened my life and tried to fight/stab me, and the office would not help at all. In fact they subleased him into that bedroom, knowing fully of the issue. I had even given them a copy of the police report. Javi, one of the managers, was entirely unprofessional the MANY times I went into the office to deal with this issue. The head manager, Colton was completely unhelpful and only concerned about signing new leases. Colton lied to me when he told me that he would make sure this guy would not be able to sign a lease there.
The management is terrible and this complex should be avoided at ALL costs!!!
