If you can not afford the "Luxury" apartments in austin then this place isn't all that bad. The apartment sizes (I live in a two bedroom) are actually quite large. When my husband and I looked for a different place for more money they were actually smaller. The noise can be a problem. It's not the trains it's the cars that play LOUD BOOMING MUSIC. Like I said it's not the best place but it is far from the worst. It's in a very good location. The only real reason we are staying is we lucked out on who are neighbors are. If it weren't for these few people we would be out of here because there are some very loud people around here. Anyway, my one last complaint is about the price of water here. They make us pay for all water used in the property including pool water and watering the grounds. Our utility bill is about $150 with an additional $37 just for water billed from the management. I find that outragous but what can I do' But if you can't afford the Luxury apartments around here this is at least a clean place in a good area. I have never felt unsafe.
