Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Pros:
- Huge 1-car garages!
- Location...2222 and 620 is a gorgeous area. 15 minute drive to downtown and a 5 minute drive to lake travis down one of Austin's most sinuous, scenic roads.
- Some units have grandiose wrap-around balconies/patios.
- class-act HEB within a minute's drive.
- Quick access gates.
- Friendly neighbors (who strangely all have dogs).
Cons:
- They've been through several management companies. Leases get misplaced, specials are ignored, and deposits vanish into thin air.
- Dogs...big ones...and lots of'em (they ate my cat!!...no joke)
- You'll find some crazy bugs in your apartment.
