I have lived here for almost a year now. When I moved in they told me to call them with any problem I might have. So I did. About a week after I moved in my remote for the gate stopped working, they told me it needed new batteries, i thought it was kinda weird since it has only been a couple of days, but I bought new ones. The remote will only work for about a week without having to replace them.....So that means you can't use the gym, you can't walk to get your mail and you have to punch in the code everytime you come home, and in the summer, it gets HOT! I have also had issues with my neighbor, and that isn't at fault of the management staff. My only suggestion to you if you still want to live here is don't live on the first floor. Bugs and worms get into my apartment all the time, and there isn't much you can do about it. And don't live near the pool it can get very loud from time to time.
