All of these negative comments about Cantebrea must be from individual's that are seldom happy about most things. For the person that left the deposit. This happens at almost any apartment that you "view" and might want. They can't hold it without the deposits etc...I did the same thing at another complex thinking I might move to get closer into town and lost the deposit as I decided to stay where I already knew the staff and neighbors. For the person that said there were pee stains. When you viewed the apartment to rent and then had the sign off sheet, were the stains apparent' I have never had problems with the staff working with me to take care of problems.
