Rip off. Great place if you like dog ---- and getting attacked by dogs

Seriously, the last 2 comments have to be from the staff at Cantebrea. The noise is expected' Since when is it ok for you to hear a crapload of trucks and contruction less than 200 feet away' Anyways, back to my point. I lived here for about 8 months. The reason. DOGS. They do not care what kind of dogs you have, so all Rotweiller and Pit Bull owners, this is the place for you. As for myself, I was attacked by a mixed breed Pit Bull. But the front office staff was so friendly and took care of the problem right'....WRONG. They did nothing. I was attacked and pushed up against the wall by this dog...it was part pit bull, part doberman, so it was not a small dog. I am happy for one thing, that it attacked me instead of my child. After about the 4th time of getting attacked and NOTHING getting done by the staff, I called the corporate office. Two weeks later they were evicted, but not before the FRONT office staff told the dog owners that I was the one that caused them to get evicted....even though I was not the only 1 to get attacked. So needless to say, It was not a happy two weeks.

I have a dog and walk it quiet frequently. NEVER have I seen a dog such as what you have described in the complex. Sure, I've had dogs on leash bark at mine but we stay on our side of the road and continue the walks. (oh, and I don't work in the office I am a tenant) As for the LOUD trucks - it is not Cantebrea's fault that the land across for the complex was sold for WalMark to be built.

When I first moved in I was told that Rottweilers & Pit Bulls were exceptions to their list of pets; meaning that they did not allow them. Management always turned a blind eye to those that did have "illegal" pets. My biggest problem with all the dogs was the ones owners would just let out and run the complex at night. I couldn't exercise at night because of this.
