I loved the place when I first moved in 4 years ago; however, I was made numerous promises that were never kept. Here are a few issues I've run into throughout the 4 years I stayed: 1) I was lucky enough to have a garage because parking was a nightmare. 2) Management would not handle any of the loud parties that went on until 4 in the morning. 3) Cars did get vandalized on a regular basis. 4) Dog crap was often on the sidewalks; not to mention it was everywhere else. 5) Traffic has only gone from bad to worse, but that's not their fault. What is their fault is not having multiple "safe" access points to the complex. 6) The tenant base is slowly going from middle class to low class if they have class at all. 7) Be VERY mindful of your move-in sheet. They will try and nail you to the wall for everything. They'll set charges for items and will not present an invoice for the current job or the previous.
On an upnote, the maintenance staff was excellent. They were always on-hand.
I stayed only because of the school my child was in. When that changed I moved very quickly. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
