Things have gone bad . . .

In early 2006, under another management company, things weren't too bad. However, after the takeover, management took a nose dive. The new folks don't care and simply want to extract as much money as possible without doing anything.
My move out review charged me several hundred dollars for my 'improvements' such as where I installed a ceiling fixture where there had only been a hole.
When I terminated the lease early, under the conditions of the existing lease, they tried to charge me for the entire lease duration. I had to get a lawyer.

I turned in my rent a day late, after living here for three years... they charged me $110 and said that "I should know better becuase I agreed to it when I signed my lease"... I agree with the money grubbing and not caring about the residents part.
