This place needs a review and professional housecleaning.

They advertise as luxury apartments - but this place is definitely gone to the dogs.

1. Made me pay for an automatic gate key - which has never occurred at any other complex I went to - including the sister apartment, Talavera. It was supposed to be available in two days. Every day I went in to pick it up and was told it would be in the next day. This went on for THIRTY days.

2. Everything is dirty, from mailroom, to pool, to gym, to the apartments. I've been there six months and my apartment STILL smells like smoke. All the grass areas are covered in dog crap. A cheap fix if they installed collection bags.

3. Never was given gate key codes or wireless codes as part of my leasing paperwork. Every other place I've been to has been a whole lot more organized.

4. Lastly the manager NEEDS to be fired. I wouldn't even put her in charge of a slum apartment. They left the office sitting open without any attendance on a Saturday. So rather than leaving my check laying out on a desk, I put it in the drop box. They lost it. The following Monday - I got a nasty little eviction notice with a $72 fine attached. I went immediately to the office with the carbon copy of the check I had written. Not only did the manager do a half-assed search, she then acted as if I were lying (I've never been late with them). She had a major attitude and insisted that I pay the fine on top of my rent. Needless to say I won't be renting here again. Make sure you get a RECEIPT for your check and don NOT leave in the drop box. If anyone has a similar complaint, please email me. Perhaps we can submit this info to authorities for review. (Wondering if there is a scam involved and they repeatedly "lose" rent checks.)
