I thought the pool was nice when we first moved in...

...but I do not recommend living here. Living on the 2nd floor is a total mistake, as we were sandwiched between two very loud groups of people. When we moved out, they wanted to charge us an ADDITIONAL $187 for fees that they would not discuss over the phone (like $25 to take out garbage...I want to know what garbage was left behind, as we were pretty thorough). They wouldn't even call us back the 5 times we tried to call, and the answer was always that the manager wasn't in the office. We went in a couple of times to discuss the outrageous bill face-to-face, but the answer again was that the manager wasn't in the office. So apparently, the office manager either doesn't get her messages or just doesn't care. I even contacted the corporate office, and never received a reply. So I would advise against any apartment complex managed by Trinity Properties as well. I would gladly pay any fees that are owed, but the fact that they will not respond to my phone calls, emails, or walk-in visits is a sign of VERY poor business practices.

That place was miserable and the office manager was worthless. She was a liar and refused to return calls, email, etc.
