If you like quiet - this complex is not for you. The buildings are cheaply built. Would not recommend it if you can afford more. We are currently under obnoxious tenants who don't care how loud they are and thus we are kept up all night. The management puts more money into maintenance than taking care of problem tenants. The management has switched over once already in the past 8 months we have lived here. The males in the office are quite rude - don't think about interrupting their lunch. Oh did I say there are smelly retention ponds in the back - so don't live near the back end of the complex. They also have taken to not answering their phones. On a plus side, it does have a great location and the blonde lady in the office is great.
