I moved in to these apartments and the carpet was hidious. They called a cleaning company to my place in which the cleaner told me that our carpets needed to be replaced, though it was against his contract to say so. The cleaning that they pay for does not do a deep cleaning to get the dirt out, all it does is clean the surface and soon after the spots resurface. They never answer the phones in the office and do not respond promptly to emails. They charge a lot for the sq. footage and the doors to the bedroom are not level so the crack gets bigger from the floor up and you can see inside the room. The a/c units are terrible and it takes a long time for the apartment to cool, I constantly have mine set on 68 with a $100 electric bill, but the thermostat does not read properly and its 74 degrees in my place. I would not recommend these to anyone. Spend your money at a better complex.
