First off, I have read every review here and I can't agree more. I even read these reviews BEFORE moving in. I know, I'm an idiot. The reason I moved here was actually not due to my choice entirely.... long story that has nothing to do with me writing this review.

Let me address some of the problems I've had:

1) Managment, there have been at least 2 property managers since I've been here. They are SO nice in person and they will appologize time after time because they don't get things done! They are all talk and don't come through 75% of the time.

If something breaks, and the workers on site can't fix it, be prepaired to wait. We've been waiting for over 3 weeks for a major appliance! They contract at the cheapest price and then you are left at the will of the contractor....

2) The hot tub.... right, the hot tub has been broken almost 3 months! They said it was due to the "Big freeze'" There was hardly any winter this year and why does it take so long to fix it during the months that people want to use it the most' 1 word... MANAGMENT

3) The grounds: they keep a really nice property, I will agree. however, they don't monitor the tennis area very well. I have constantly asked for them to tighten the net and it takes weeks to for them to do. When the lights weren't working right, my girlfriend and I pretty much had to play in the dark or elsewhere. Poor poor poor.

4) There isn't alot of parking in ALL places, I park very far at night sometimes when coming home. They really should monitor the parking situation more and provide permits. Some cars I haven't seen move in months as well.

5) Electric bills are very high because this place was built cheaply...

In conclusion, don't rent here if you want to be pleased with your experience. They might be priced nicely, but I assure you that it's worth the extra money to go elswhere in the end! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
