After reading some of the previous reviews, I feel like I should add my two cents. I have lived here for almost a year and its almost time to decide weather to renew or not. My room mate and I both agree that we will be renewing. Our reasons are as follows:

1. Location! These apartments are located in North Austin but are still close to just about everything. Downtown is only minutes away and everything else you need is only blocks away. Don't forget to check out the local bars too!

2. Sound. Maybe I just have really good neighbours but I never hear them. The walls feel very solid compared to other newer complexes that I have lived in. Due to the location, there is no traffic noise from my unit.

3. Management has never given me any problems. I have ran into them on multiple occasions and they are always very friendly to me. Nothing has broken in my unit so i have never had to call them.

4. Pet friendly. Most of the residents here have pets and love to share tips for new owners. They are very friendly as well.

5. Changing room mates during the lease, already a stressful event, is made very painless and easy. The management offers all residents the option to change units during a lease if needed.

All in all I really like this complex. Most people will write reviews to show dissatisfaction due to a single event, but I feel that good credit should also be given when deserved.
