In the past month, I've been woken up to a woman screaming for help and to call the police (they came, stayed outside for 45 minutes and I have no idea what happened b/c this apartment complex doesn't notify its residents of things like this), had the police helicopter searching over the complex twice, had to listen to people constantly yelling and smell the pot they were smoking, and now to top it off, my apartment has standing water in it for the second time this WEEK! When I called the office, I was told that they would fix the gutter that broke off and caused the first round of water inside. Well, by "fix" they meant rip the gutter off and place a rock under the area where the gutter used to be in hopes that the rushing water will flow into a drainage vent right outside my door. That plan failed and now I have water in here again.

But the best thing is... in about an hour, the sprinklers will go off and since the trash who lives here thinks it's cool to kick off the sprinkler heads, water will be shooting up from the ground to the third floor like a fire hydrant... causing more water to come into my house. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am counting the days until I move out.
