My first 3 months living at this complex was okay, but after that it was downhill. I had ants in my apartment along with cockroaches and other bugs.... that wasn't pleasant. Due to my lease not being up and my husband and I not wanting to break it, we had to bring our newborn home to this hell hole. Some people may enjoy living in these apartments, while others whom are entiled to their opinion may not. I began paying over $700 for less than 700 square feet. When I told the complex that I would be moving out, they told me that if I stayed in my apt. then they would lower my rent to $600. Even at that rate, I couldn't stay here with my baby. I moved across the street to Bluffshire, because I couldn't stand it any longer and life has improved. The area of course is not the best, but the complex is much nicer and roomier. I had the worst time when I moved out with my bills and apartment (which was in new condition), that I never received my deposit back. I am not writing a review to be harsh or negative about the apartment, but I wouln't recommend these to anyone. I have read the past reviews and like other people have commented, the 5 star reviews are coming from the management. This is known because who else would be on here sayiing to come to the office and talk to me about it' No one in there right state of mind would even care so much to comment on every single review.

Well, just so you know, there, "kamis" Texas requires that THREE people live in a two bedroom. Why would you cram three people in a one bedroom anyway? That is against code. Why don't you go cry someone else a river. I live here and like it. I am glad you are at the Bluffs. Just feel good knowing that there were 21 car break ins last year (I work for PD) and 2 attempted rapes! See ya!

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about Mr. Wanna be APD! When you have a newborn, it is best for them to sleep in the same room with you... obviously you have some researching to do about your facts. Also, I believe you are the same low life who has been commenting on everyone else's previous reviews. GROW UP, PEOPLE ARE TITLED TO THEIR OPINION... THIS WEBSITE IS BASED ON OPINIONS, NOT FACTS!

Wow, she is illegal and an idiot to boot!! Who even cares about her dumb opinions. I am glad she no longer lives here! Thank God.

It sounds to me like her review was very honest, and though her opinions may be harsh, she did mention she wasn't writing it with the intenion of of being harsh or negative. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. From the sound of it, it looks like the people commenting negativly on reviews such as this one are probably managment, I can't imagine anyone else making so rude a comment on someone elses well written opinion...esp if they didn't gain anything by it. So, if you're managment...you're only making yourself look bad. I'm not going to check out this apt now, and I can imagine there have been plenty of other people who felt the same way after reading your comments. If youre not managment...grow up! Get offline and get a job as a critic if your need to mock and humiliate someones work/opinion is so great.
