Only lived here a month, and honestly the biggest problem seems to be the wildlife. There are at least 10 raccoons that live on the property and are not afraid of humans whatsoever (rabies'). They are constantly in the dumpster which is not cool if you throw your trash out at night. Also the ants are out of control. Exterminators help, for about 3-4 days, after that, right back to normal. The staff was great, until after I signed my lease, now I am usually ignored. Everything else is great, definitely worth the price, a couple of small changes and I would recommend this place to anyone.
