Well first of all the day i move in a neighbor of mine (bottom floor) come up and knock on my door and ask if im stomping or something...and im like how rude no im just moving in...so she proceeds to look her head all up in my apt to see if true then i get a move in check list and i have tons of work orders to be done...and they come and fix them like months later at like 5 pm....yeah it sux and parking is horrible neighbors are loud and rude...i caant wait til my lease is up...im leaving this place and not looking back and dont think im going to reccomend it to anyone.

i agree. this place has gone downhill fast. and the manager talks bad about residents with other residents. its terrible.

Move-in day is always noisy. However, upstairs tenants can be quite noisy. I don't know if it is intentional, but the heavy walking is a problem for me, too.
