The apartments themselves are nice, the rent is cheap, the grounds are well kept, but I've lived her for 6 months and had cockroaches the entire time. The maintenace half-heartedly tries to remedy the problem, but it is not working. I am currently in the process of persuing legal action to get this fixed. I don't want to live another 6 months with a cockroach problem. I'm sure there are other places that are this cheap, and DON'T have this problem, and I reccommend you look at other apartments.
