I have never been so miserable in my life than when I moved in to Canyon Oaks Aptmts. Not only are their staff so rude and unknowledgeable, but the services and conditions are terrible. For starters they said I was good to move in and then they tell me 1 day before move that they need a whole mo. of deposit, otherwise I couldn't move in, that really pissed me off, then the agreement said I was suppose to have a mo. free and they sent me an eviction notice to pay it not only did they lie to me I had to go clear it out and they didn't even know how to balance their own books. Also my apartment got broken into and mgmt. said they couldn't do anything about it I had to call the police 3 other times because I felt so unsafe, and stuff going around at night, I also had to turn in a leave letter 3 times because they lost the other 2 and to clear it all up they where so rude to me and they don't like refunding people their security deposit I had to retain a Lawyer for that, and the experience just haS been miserable so if you wanna live a miserable life' than this is the place to be in I do not recommend it at all
