I lived there for 10 days because there was fire in my apartment building. My apartment had water damage so they let me go, becasue there was no available apartments at that time in Canyon Oaks. Actually it was a bless to me. I heard that the fire spreaded ao quick because the buidling did not have fire walls in it. But the management said they did not have any responsibility. The office people were very very rude and ignorant. I could not help feeling humiliated whenever I talked to them. I think it is time to let them out of business considering that we can find affordable and a lot better places as the rent is dropping everywhere.
