I lived here for most of my one year contract. Fortunately I got a job in SA and was able to transfer within the company to prevent breaking lease.

Maintenance was nonexistant. The 24 hour hotline was an absolute joke. Look hard in the office and EVENTUALLY you can find the maintenance promise from the owner/operator. I almost had to take them to court to fix some things affecting safety and health -wall sockets worn out, feces on walls from previous occupant, food on walls from same, kitchen sink overflowed raw sewage for about a month before they came to snake pipes. It took quite a bit of talking but they finally agreed to deduct some money from the last month owed as part of the problems they refused to address. The office staff was very rude. I never had them beate me but I saw them several times talk way down to other tenants at voices loud enough for every one in the leasing office to hear. The manager - Honda - was really good at this. I suspect she enjoyed making a public display.

Sad that Honda didn't put the same effort into making the property she managed a safe and nice place to live.

I am very glad I don't live there anymore. And am happy that I am still alive after living there. It just isn't safe. If the people don't hurt you, the buildings or vermin will.
